How do you make Hawthorn blacmange as described by Ray Mears?
Hawthorn Gum.. Yes this is very simple..Take the ripe berries and mash them. Remove the pips. Press firm but not to squeeze the juice away. Let the mash set and leave to dry. That's it.


PS you can add a little water if the berries are to dry. Report It
