The only close games we had so far is Brisbane by 2pts and Hawthorn by 15pts.
It has been a weekend of thrashings, wouldn't you say?
Certainly has Kev :))
Can I mention our beloved Crows :)))
What a game !!!!
Oh, I guess we should all give a boo hoo to poor port power :((
(Yeah right)
Reply:Yeah I'll cop a 40 point loss from the Roos.......pretty close compared to some of the others.
8 tips this week mate.....I didnt expect the Tiges to win
Reply:And to continue next week as well.
Reply:yes have to agree.
i thought there would be some closer games this week. i knew north would come out fired up, they always seem to beat the tiges.
swans margin was a surprise
the geelong one wasn't, to me anyway.
Reply:Sure was and my tipping has gone from bad to worse.
Reply:yeh swans gave port a thrashing good on em and crows gave west coast a belting GO THE CROWS BY 63 PONITS BOOOOOOO THE POWER!!!
Reply:Very happy with the results this week- esp. the Swans looking the goods and the Beagles going down like a lead balloon. 7 and 8 in my comps...yeehaa!
Reply:yeah i would say that for sure, besides the Brisbane - Collingwood match, my team got a 99 point lesson on how to play footy
Reply:yes it has exept for 1 game
port will lose next week by 80+ pts
Reply:Listening to Essendon-Geelong via K-Rock on at the AFL site. So far you are correct Big Kev, less the two games in your comments.
26 minutes in the 4Q, Geelong by 92. Matty Lloyd lining up for goal, no score.
Glad my Cats are home.
Didn't get to listen last week. A cult goal by Mark Blake, 99 points the difference.
Have a good rest of the weekend.
Reply:yep big kev, ill take a 68 point win over port adelaide anyday.
Reply:YEAH!!! Go Doggies :D
Reply:yeah your on the money there big kev,but hey I'll take a 40 point loss to the saints at this stage-better than the 100 they've been giving us.
Reply:glad to see u back Big Kev :))
Im astonished there have been so many thrashings so far! But Im even happier that Collingwood only lost by 2 pts - its no embarrassment to be one of only a few teams to not cop a thrashing..lol
Reply:Collingwood lost by 2 :-(
Reply:To be quite honest Big Kev I'm glad! I'm a Carlton supporter. Normally it's just us getting thrashed!
Reply:GO KANGAS!!!!!!!
That was a shock!!!!
Reply:I'd just like to say to cutemum2 or whatever, you say ur a north melbourne supporter but ur always bagging them. How was it a shock that we killed the tigers. We're a good team this yr, good team last year, f%^cken get on board.
As for the weekends games i consider the hawks win a thrashing cos it was over there. But other than that no rela suprises. It's too early to tell but maybe the top 8 has already worked itself out.
Reply:Yes, there seems to be alot of big margins eh?
But being a bombers supporter myself, you can only imagine im not too pleased with that.
Reply:Dead right Big Kev and this North/Richmond game could also be going that way at present 5 goals in front North. I am even thinking this could be a huge embarrassment to the AFL like unmatched teams and Melbourne are looking terrible so West Coast went down, Port Adelaide, Essendon, Melbourne, Carlton (and what about Melbourne last week too??). It all seems so unbalanced and right now you would have to think the only teams with a show this year are Geelong, Saints, Bulldogs, Swans, Adelaide, Collingwood, Brisbane, Eagles?????, Hawthorn , maybe North and those that aren't looking up to scratch maybe Richmond, Carlton, Melbourne (for sure!!) Freo, and even Port Adelaide after today's drubbing by the Swanees (Go Swanees!!!). That Brisbane game was exciting and good on them for beating Collingwood after they'd been to Perth only 6 days or so beforehand (Big Ask???). Dunno what Malthouse is whingeing about either!!!
Reply:I sure would hun, Especially with your's and Dan's teams. But the most important thing is that the Hawks won. Yay :)
