Do you agree with what Jeff Kennett said about Hawthorn?

President Jeff has made the claim that the Hawkes can win two premierships by 2112! He made this calaim at the club's AGM.

I reckon he is trying to upbeat the club to secure his position for a couple more years as everyone knows the Hawkes have no chance of winning premierships for donkey's years to come.

Look at his last prediction of a team winning - he reckoned his Liberal gov't was going to win the election %26amp; they got flogged. He will be more of a 'Kiss-of-Death' to hawthorn than Lou "Louie The Lip" Richards was with his football tipping.

What do you think?

Do you agree with what Jeff Kennett said about Hawthorn?
I don't agree with what he said about Hawthorn.

Because.....

1. We all know the Hawkes wont win a GF in the next 20 years.

2. He was wrong with his predictions in the last election he was involved in.

3. He reckons Victoria is the best state - %26amp; we all know he is wrong again!
Reply:Isn't that what all the club chairmen/women say so they stay re elected, and get the fans to become members.
Reply:thats 108 years fatmum, yeah they'll do it but i wont be here to see it, either will adolf kennett, he'll be 6 feet under with his hair still combed to one side like adolf.
Reply:Unsure about the Hawks chances, but they hope they don't resemble Kennett's last years as Premier
Reply:Have a look at the list, the Hawks will be hard to beat this year I think.
Reply:I hope he gets its right

As a Hawthorn supporter I'm happy to hear him talk it up

Much better than Clarkson repeatedly saying "were rebuilding","Young squad gaining experience" etc etc

The bookies have Hawthorn as 4th favourite this year

Yep Hawthorn can win the flag twice by 2012

Hope you all like his reversible jacket cause you will see heaps of it in the next few years
Reply:No. I don't agree with what Jeff Kennett said about Hawthorn.

I don't think I have ever agreed with what that bloke has had to say. He was ruining Australian sport, while he was in office, by being selfish %26amp; greedy.
Reply:Wow did he really say that? Lol.

Maybe he could get some winning tips off John Howard.
