Websites / message boards where I can post complaints about a hotel?

I had an extremely bad experience at the Hawthorn Suites in Lubbock Texas. The company's management have been unresponsive to my phone calls or email, so I must make due with the resources available to the average citizen. So far I have communicated it to the Better Business Bureau and Travel Advisor. Any other boards or courses of action you can recommend? (I am not a vengeful person - this is a very serious and special circumstance and I just believe in accountability and that I have a right to voice my complaint.) Thanks!

Reply:usually on websites like expeida orbitz they have a section of user reviews you can add your review of this particular hotel there
Reply:I can't remember the name, but I've seen a TV show where on the last segment the host addresses viewers complaints about airlines and hotels. He calls up the company, resolves the issue, and later shares the results (usually positive) on television. PBS? Travel Channel?
